We adjust our menu as the seasons change both for the quality of our locally grown produce as well as the feeling of alignment with nature that this inspires.
Our take-out containers (certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute) are made from 100% plant-based renewable resources, and our take-out cutlery is designed to break down easily in landfills.
We ensure that all of our organic waste is composted and we carefully sort through all of our recyclables.
